KS Farm Bureau gives $5000 in grants to KS FFA Chapters

Kansas Farm Bureau recently gave more than $5000 in grants to several Kansas FFA Chapters. The Kansas Bureau sponsored several $250 and $500 grants to stimulate interaction between the two organizations. To be eligble for the grants, chapters were required to develop a project in which they partner with Kansas Farm Bureau. The collaboration allows the organizations to work together to further agricultural knowledge and leadership in the local area.

Chapters earning a $250 grant include:

Clay Center FFA Chapter
Columbus FFA Chapter
Elk Valley FFA Chapter
Ellinwood FFA Chapter
Great Bend FFA Chapter
Marysville FFA Chapter
Spring Hill FFA Chapter
Riverton FFA Chapter

Chapters earning a $500 grant include:

Humboldt FFA Chapter
Minneapolis FFA Chapter
Neodesha FFA Chapter
Northern Valley FFA Chapter
Norton FFA Chapter
Salina Central FFA Chapter

Congratulations to all of the chapters! And, thank you to the Kansas Farm Bureau for their continued support of the Kansas FFA Foundation.
